Working with Bleu Claire’s architectural team, future homeowners can personalize the interior of their new condominium homes, much like they would if building a single-family residence. The flexible floor plans make it easy and convenient to accommodate residents with special needs, such as wheelchair accessibility. Homeowners can select one of the professionally designed floor plans or elect to meet with the developer’ s architect to personalize the size and location of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Changes can include both room location and size.
